Vice Adm. Kevin Scott is a native of Portsmouth, Virginia, and New York City. A 38 year Navy Veteran, he was designated a Naval Aviator in 1984. A graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, Naval Postgraduate School, U.S. Naval War College and the Joint Forces Staff College. He has served a myriad of posts throughout the globe at Sea and Ashore.
Operationally, he has Commanded every level thru numerous major conflicts and regional contingencies. He commanded Helicopter Mine Countermeasures Squadron-14; Mine Countermeasures Squadron (MCMRON) 1 as Commodore; Commander, Expeditionary Strike Group (ESG) 2; and Deputy Commander Naval Forces Central Command/US 5th Fleet. Admiral Scott Ashore assignments has enabled him to accumulate a vast depth and breadth of expertise in the areas of Joint and Interagency Operations, Operational/Nuclear Command & Control; Organizational Management; Training & Professional development. He has served as Director Aviation Officer Distribution, Bureau of Naval Personnel; Operations Officer, Commander Tactical Wing Atlantic; Military Aide to the Vice President; Current Operations Chief, Joint Forces Command; Director, Expeditionary Warfare Division, (N85) Washington D.C.; Director, Joint Fleet Operations, N3/5, U.S. Fleet Forces Command, Suffolk, Virginia.
For his final tour of duty Admiral Scott served as Director for Joint Force Development (J7) on the Joint Staff, Washington D.C, from July 2016 thru Sept 2018. In that position, he oversaw the integration of Joint Training, Concept Development, Professional Development, and Operational Analysis and Lessons Learned activities to achieve the Chairman’s vision for Joint Force 2020.

Captain Mike Coffield is a veteran of the airline industry, representing families, corporations, and governments in Washington and worldwide. Mr. Coffield started his career in public policy by serving on the Tennessee Public Service Commission while studying at the University of Tennessee. Mr. Coffield went on to become a career commercial pilot for more than 30 years and 23,000 hours as pilot-in-command.
As a commercial airline pilot, Coffield served as the Chairman of Government Affairs for United Continental Holdings. Along side his his extensive transportation career, he was appointed as an advisor to cabinet secretaries in the Clinton, Bush, and Obama Administrations. Mr. Coffield has worked extensively with the Departments of Defense, Department of Transportation, and the White House Council of Economic Advisers. He has provided congressional testimony on multiple occasions and topics, provided policy advice to congressional committees, and helped craft transportation specific legislation.
After 9/11, Mr. Coffield served as a spokesperson for the transportation industry and an advisor on National Security issues for the Bush Administration. His work has touched many issues including security, environment, foreign relations, federal aviation and airport regulation and FAA reauthorization, labor, commerce, and energy. His two-year legislative effort on the creation and passage of the Pension Protection Act produced a savings of more than $2 billion in pension fund contribution savings. Mr. Coffield was selected by the House of Representatives to independently lead the congressional investigation into the 1996 crash of TWA Flight 800. He has served on congressional delegations to countries to include Egypt, Cuba, China, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, and the Vatican City. Within the last year, Coffield has worked infrastructure issues within Egypt, UAE, The Gambia and Iraq.
He has extensive relationships with Congressional members on Capitol Hill, private industry executives, and international governments. Mr. Coffield is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with bachelor of arts in Sociology. He has post graduate work at Fuller Seminary. He is active in his community through a range of charitable endeavors, including President of the WINGS Foundation. Throughout his global travel and career, Captain Coffield and his wife chose East Tennessee as their home for their family.
Commodore Chris Smallhorn is a Naval Aviator, Test Pilot, and Aerospace engineer who retired from the Royal Australian Navy in 2020. He held several senior leadership including Commander of the Royal Australian Navy’s Fleet Air Arm, Chief of Staff to Chief of Navy and served as the First Assistant Secretary of the Australian Defence Forces Contestability Division.
On leaving military service, he became Chief Executive Officer of Coulson Aviation in Australia and Vice President of Government Affairs. He has extensive experience in defence and aviation leadership, major acquisitions, and program management. He has a strong passion for aviation safety and personnel development through education.
He is the current Vice Chairman of Safeskies Australia, a voluntary role, and an Adjunct Associate Professor at the prestigious University of Sydney's Executive Business Management School. Chris resides on the NSW South Coast Australia.
